Delivery by Yodel was a farce after they failed to follow instructions then mislaid it at the depot but communication from the seller was excellent. Eventually collected it six days after the initial estimated delivery date but no fault of seller. Really happy with purchase.

  +++ Good ebayer excellent comms and fast delivery, however they may need to put them in a box that doesn’t fit through letter boxes as Amazon Delivery forced them through my letter box and obviously they squashed the chocolates a bit, Not the sellers fault +++

  Did not get the item, seller seem to appear as if they were being helpful. When it comes down to refunding, then seller not so responsive. Bought items on the 16th April 2025, now the 24th April 2025. Items still not here. I have raised dispute to have refund, I'm guessing the seller will not respond to given me refund, and Ebay/Paypal WILL. Not the way to do business, most certainly would not recommend this seller to anyone.

  Customer harassed me daily even though I responded many times advising the item had been sent, sent tracking number and I was waiting for a response from the courier company to see what the delay was. I advised the customer i was on holiday as it was half term and although replies were slower than usual I was still dealing with it daily. I refunded customer even though the item was still on its way to him to resolve it quicker for him and he still left negative feedback.

  Please when you decide to follow-up on my feedback left. Just be honest. I never harassed her in any way or form. Seller disappointed that I would not remove the negative feedback left. The reason for this, was, clearly the seller wanted to string it out. Ebay would have refunded me anyway. But when it came down to it, the seller really was just wasting my time and theirs. Please see negative feedback as good feedback, maybe next time you wont waste the customers time, for which you did.
