    Took about a week before it was shipped - on contacting seller (as it hadn't) arrived was told this was due to RM not picking it up. Packaging could have been better - monitor was sent in one layer of cardboard and some tape and had rubbing marks on the case from this. Thankfully no damage to the screen. Comms could have been more proactive.

    Unfortunately this item got as far as the tracking process and then disappeared. I contact the seller who answered my query immediately he also tried to track it. He kindly refunded me in full.
