  I wanted a new mug after a long crack rendered mine incapable of holding fluid. So I wanted to make sure the new one was viable when it arrived. After all it had traveled cross country to me. Of course it’s fine. It was the best packaged fragile item I’ve ever received. Special care was taken to protect the handle, it was wrapped in a custom foam piece. More foam protected the mug everywhere. The item was even better than described—it seems new. Highly recommend this seller.
