  The item was as described and packaged well but I sent the seller a message updating my address and she never got back to me and shipped to my old address. I did end up getting it but it would have been nice to have it sent to the correct address.

  I thought this was gonna be sealed, not a problem for me but the post is a bit misleading as it is stated new. By all means the figure is in beautiful shape. I am happy with the price, fast shipping and well packaged.

  Item arrived broken in two halves. I immediately took pictures and initiated a refund as well as contacting the seller. The seller acted like it was impossible that it could have been broken in the mail and then insinuated that I broke it myself. The seller was rude and arrogant, I would not buy from them again. A real piece of work.

  1) the buyer has ZERO feedback, 2) I have over 8000, 3) I have sold and successfully shipped 100s of the Bakugan w/o any breaking, 4) I have personally broken a similar bakugan -when opening- because I was unfamiliar with the process. 6) I sent a replacement - which buyer Failed to mention. I took the loss, replaced the broken item, but I was given negative feedback because the buyer didn't approve of the confidence and success I have had with shipping these items?
