  After a second attempt item arrived perfick. Spoke to their team of staff, they were very professional unsure what the problem was with the first so sent me a second. I will highly recommend these guys, any probs just message them 10/10 very professional & will definitely buy from these guys again. Excellent customer service & carefully packaged

  I received the original plant in good time and well packaged. I contacted T&M as the plant wasn’t the quality I have previously received from them. They were brilliant at investigating my concerns and communication was spot on. The plant was replaced with a healthy vigorous plant that looks great and has already recovered from the transport. Thanks T&M customer service (Lauren) and the horticultural team for listening, recognising my concerns and keeping me a happy T&M customer.

  Excellent service from T&M - part of the order was missing when first delivered, but T&M responded to my query immediately and re-sent the missing plugs which arrived quickly. The plugs were of very good quality, well packaged and have taken quickly. Thanks very much.

  First delivery poor.but replacements gave me 6 plants.packed well.great transaction otherwise and communication was excellent.the rest of my order there were no problems with therefore I would recommend this seller.

  THE SELLER was very understanding with regards to my order..the begonia plugs were trashed by the time they arrived (unsalgeable)i contacted the seller and they apologized and resent the order. they were better. So manythanks to them for addressing my concerns. Plugs were to small really to have survived what must have been a really rough delivery process. again thank you for your attention to this matter.

  Item arrived quickly. Initially the wrong item was sent, but contacted the seller and they sent a new one out the day after. Very happy with communication and response time. Plant looks as advertised, with vibrant colours.
