Having paid more than £10 over the standard price to purchase a branded specialised neck pillow, I was sent an unbranded version without any manufacturers labels or markings. After 3 failed requests to return this for a full refund, I asked ebay to step in and help. They gave the Seller a further 5 days to respond and when they failed to do so, ebay refunded my money in full. I cannot recommended this Seller.
