  My father passed away on a Tuesday and we decided that the 8 grandsons needed to wear his favorite football team ties. I sent the seller a note about needing the ties in 2 days, she personally called me and was so nice! She sent everything 2 day UPS and even stated if we didn't get them in time to let her know and she would refund the shipping and even take the ties back if we didn't want them! Needless to say we got them in time! Thank you so much!!! And they were just as described and perfect!
