    The item was falsely advertised as NEW without tags, and arrived with scratches and stains (pics below). When asked, the seller refused to take the item back without me paying for shipping, and had a very negative attitude, and told me to go buy new (which I thought I did) if I wanted something better…

    The item was in mint condition on the inside. Buyer was upset there was a spot visible in the photos and demanded a return. We advised the buyer that we accepted the return but they are responsible for shipping. Buyer was refusing to pay for return shipping. Our shipping policy clearly states we are not responsible for return shipping. We advise the buyer to fully read store return policies before making any purchases on Ebay in the future.
