  Item arrived damaged — packaging was ripped open and it had a big ink mark. The quality was awful too; fabric was cheap and completely see-through. Seller refused a refund unless I returned it, and would only cover return shipping (£4) via PayPal, which I don’t have. I was told to just open an account. For a £12 item, it’s not worth the hassle. No apology, no accountability. Avoid this seller.

  Warning this could be a scammer - I order a 12 inch Robby robot that walks and talks. What was sent was a small pack of cheap plastic bricks. The seller suggested I might have missed the 12 inch boxed robot in the 4 inch package the plastic bricks came in! You have been warned.

  See other negative feedback left in the past month. Seller is a scammer and I've reported them to eBay. I bought a Robby the Robot toy. They lied about their location - they are not in France, but in China. An item was delivered to me today after ages but not my robot - it was a small bag of plastic toy bricks from China. They did exactly the same thing to another customer within the past month. Now I have opened a case, but have to wait a week before eBay will step in to issue a refund.
