    Avoid this seller at all costs! I placed my order on 12th June. Sent the seller multiple emails as a week had passed and still no sign of my order. They finally got back to say they were going to despatch the item the same day and send me the tracking number. It is now almost three weeks later and still no item or tracking number. It’s not even shown as dispatched. Emailed them again a week ago and no reply. I’ve used eBay for decades and this is by far the worst service I’ve had.

    Within 4 weeks after the purchase the item still showed up as undelivered to the transportation hub. The seller completely ignored all requests for information - no answers to emails, neither to me, nor to the e-bay customer support after I initiated the refund procedure. Finally got my money back from the e-bay. Terrible seller! Avoid at all costs!
