  They were accommodating and understanding during bargaining. I received the items quickly as well. The machines were packaged together, but they were protected with some package insulation. The price is a bargain for two machines, despite not having the accessories (which honestly could be bought at a cheaper price if not bought on the Cricut website, like Amazon instead, for example). It works and appeared just as depicted in the photos.
