    5 STARS on customer service and quick shipping!The item I received was a supplement that looked like a knockoff but I feel with it being a thrift shop was an honest mistake and not something that was done on purpose and this seller was quick to respond and even though refunds were not offered since it was a supplement they were quick to make it right!     They were accommodating and understanding during bargaining. I received the items quickly as well. The machines were packaged together, but they were protected with some package insulation. The price is a bargain for two machines, despite not having the accessories (which honestly could be bought at a cheaper price if not bought on the Cricut website, like Amazon instead, for example). It works and appeared just as depicted in the photos.
