1 of the set of 2 plates arrived packed with a separate purchase which was fine, but the other plate never made it into the package, and seller then misplaced it so was unable to send it later. Seller did issue a refund, which was less than half of the total cost. It would have been nice for reimbursement to be an even half, as half the purchase was not delivered due to seller error. Communication was quick, though, which was appreciated.
