Amazing transaction with superb seller communication. I have never encountered such an honest seller who went well beyond what was needed to make the deal right. The ornament arrived in plenty of time and intact, but unfortunately its matching box was damaged in shipment. When I informed the seller and simply suggested better packaging, she responded by refunding my money, which was well beyond what I wanted, or intended. She is an outstanding and trustworthy businesswoman.

Wonderful communication; kind hearted shopkeeper accepted my offer below asking price. This extraordinary hand carved wood mother and child sculpture is in immaculate condition. This fragile piece was wrapped and packaged with protective layers to ensure an intact and unharmed arrival; but without wasted paper or other materials. The shipping was speedy. Great all around experience.
