Ordered the item on 18th May, said dispatched on 20th with no tracking number. Messaged 22nd and no reply, further message asking for tracking to be then told that it hasn't been dispatched and getting picked up today! Further message sent asking for update today with no reply! And obviously no item recieved as yet, very dissapointed so far, why mark dispatched when it clearly isn't?
