The seller is providing a quality product and were quick in processing the order. They were let down by the delivery service, provided by Aramex, who finally managed to deliver the item from Sydney to Melbourne 17 days after the seller shipped it. This is not the seller's fault- they did not receive value for money. But buyers should know that receiving your parcel may require follow up with the courier service and that it may take some time. I hope the seller changes delivery service.

An agreement with the seller was reached about the issue and the case was solved. The seller explained a misunderstanding with their suppliers affected the quantity delivered. The seller advised a change on the description stating the correct quantities of the product will be made in their advertising ASAP. Communication with buyers needs also to be more efficient & speedy to avoid buyer s adverse reactions such as requests for refund and negative feedback due to the lack of a timely response.
