  My order was despatched on the day I ordered it. EVRI took 8 days to deliver it, a small package, that was posted through my letter box. The Item i ordered was far superior to what I had hoped for, really good value for money, and I love it. I would like to think that the seller change his choice of delivery company. EVRI certainly let this supplier down.

  I contacted the seller the day I received the item to say I didn’t realise that it wasn’t compatible with the ipod I had. I was told that the description was very clear and how could such an amount be refunded. I was offered a 10% refund, then a 30% refund and then a 50% refund due to limited ability. I sent the item back whilst the seller was away and messaged to inform them. They were meant to be back on the 20th of September and are I’ve heard nothing. I’m very disappointed about this.
