    They sent the wrong light fitting out and tried to make out that it was the correct one (pictures attached). This wasn't a massive issue at the start as I liked the look of the fitting and didn't want the hassle of sending it back. I asked for a partial refund and they agreed to 10%. They then sent me a £13 refund for a light fitting that cost £139.99. clearly mathamatics and product identification is an issue. Also they take an age to reply back to messages.

    Lamp arrived ahead of schedule and was extremely well packaged. The photos didn’t do justice to the lamp we received. We used some low wattage amber globes and the lamp is the centre piece in our dining room. I would highly recommend this seller.

    The item is of excellent quality and good value for money. Looks really good. It did say on the listing that it was supplied with glue. Mine did not have any glue supplied. Posted fast and well packaged.
