Seller took full payment for my offer, listing had free shipping, seller cried high expense and sent a picture of what shipping would cost ($65), then cancelled the order claiming shipping was higher and refunded the sale price but not the tax I paid for the item nor the "convenience fee" they added to the shipping on the invoice (shipping invoice was sent outside of ebay).

You offered $100 for an item that was listed for $325. The cost of shipping this item from our location to your location would have left little net profit. Your purchase price was fully refunded, including the sales tax, which eBay, not the seller, added. You were also fully refunded for the additional shipping of $65, including the convenience fee. EBay fully supported the decision to refund you.
