Figure came in damaged, but not their fault at all, cos it only happened once it was opened. They have kindly agreed to hold onto another one until I can buy a replacement. Which is fair and decent. Good communication. Have used multiple times and will continue to do so. With the figures I’ve bought recently, in general, only one was damaged. Pretty good success rate!
