    The item arrived broken and in inadequate packaging for a mug (see photo). I have ordered other mugs recently via ebay but from different sellers and they arrived in more substantial packing. The item arrived several days late and according to the tracking information it was relabelled on the 22nd August. I am requesting a refund and look forward to hearing from you.
