- r***t (27)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseGood seller, high quality product, great price, dispatched in good time, good communications and response to my enquiries…BUT….they used Evri, so a 2-day delivery turned into 7 long days… 4 days for Evri even to acknowledge receipt and a further 3 days to get to me. Not good. Evri is generally acknowledged to be one of the two worst couriers in Britain, along with Yodel, so why do sellers insist on using them?

This could have been prevented if the item had been wrapped in some bubble wrap instead of just being placed in a plastic postal bag. Having said that, I would still purchase from this seller in the future as this may have been a one-off. I didn't bother reporting the damage to the seller as the hair paste was for my own use.

Updates on their tracking were incorrect and it took more than 6 days to finally receive the item, which i collected today. The product is great and i thank Elida Beauty for their patience and asking me the customer to wait as they had shipped it out on time. Poor service from EVRI on this occasion

This is not my first time shopping with this seller, and sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve had delivery issues either. The courier you used (Evri) has been consistently unreliable. I strongly urge not to use this company again, as it seriously affects the customer experience.
