  Item was received damaged. Seller was immediately responsive and issued a full refund. I have ordered from this seller many, many times and always a pleasure.   The buyer was fully refunded. There was a mixup because there was a extra charge that did not show up on the refund page or i did not see it. I told her i would replace the tile if i had a replacement which i did not. This situation has been resolved and there was never an intention to give her a partial refund or any reason to. The buyer was satisfied with the final outcome so i guess she wrote this before she was satisfied.
