The Waterford you purchased was in the Lismore pattern and marked Waterford. Could you kindly send us a photo of what you say is not a match? It was approximately 6 7/8" allowing for a slight variance because these are hand blown. No one is perfect, but if a seller makes an honest mistake, rare as an error may be, we would always take responsibility and make it right. You would never be on the hook for return shipping if a mistake is made.
