    The watch is just as described and pictured. The shipping was quick via 2 day FedEx. The watch was in a presentation box with an appraisal and packaged very securely . So far, the watch is keeping time. I appreciate the 14 day return period. I highly recommend this seller!

    In the pictures you will see one that says you will receive a personalized follow up call and that you will receive pictures & videos showing the overall appearance PRIOR to shipment. THIS NEVER HAPPENED FOR ME. My watch was visibly dirty and had a black hair sticking out of the back screw off case. Once I started asking questions and they could sense I wasn’t completely happy, they stopped replying promptly to me. Expected me to send it back to get it cleaned.

    The first picture is what I ordered — the second and third are what I got. The diamond at 11 o’clock was defective. This is an expensive Rolex, and quality control clearly failed. The seller told me to send it back, but this was a birthday gift and she wanted to wear it on her birthday. I asked for a local repair — three days later, no response. I would not recommend this seller. They care more about selling than making things right for their customers.

    We sincerely apologize for the defect and completely understand the frustration, especially with this being a birthday gift. The diamond repair requires removing and reinstalling the bezel. If done incorrectly by a local jeweler, the bezel could loosen over time, so we requested the return to ensure it was handled properly. This was explained in my last message and return shipping label was provided right away to make things right.
