  USPS lost the package(even with tracking!); 100% outside seller’s control. Seller was great to work with to get to a mutually-agreeable price in the beginning, turned over package to USPS quickly and issued a full refund — w/o me requesting it — when we both decided to ‘give up’ on USPS.
