  Initially, the seller contacted me after my order was placed, claiming that their courier had flagged up a discrepancy with my address which could mean that the item would not be delivered. They asked for me to therefore cancel the order! I responded to point out that all the mainstream courier firms, and Royal Mail, manage to find our address on a regularly, and that I expected them to fulfil my order.
