    The seller is extremely understanding, as there was trouble with the package not being delivered, even though it was sent. When I told then this, they offered a full refund and even offered to try to find another adapter. Even though the package got lost, it was still a great experience communicating with the seller, and they did infact give me a full refund, even though this was in no way their fault. I personally highly recommend this seller :D

    Having ordered a Microsoft Flight Simulator 'Add-on' expansion pack from the seller, I was inadvertently sent the incorrect one (We're only human, after all). Upon receiving it I immediately contacted the seller, who was very apologetic, and assured me he would post the correct one the following day, which he did; and very kindly allowed me to keep the incorrect simulator. I would thoroughly recommend; and use the seller again, for going above and beyond to ensure great customer satisfaction.
