I didn't take into account of the shower curtain rings but I'm glad they came with the package. The value was worth the purchase.   New as described and as shown in pictures. Bought two that were shipped separately like a week apart from each other, takes weeks to ship which the description said that so was prepared to wait. They look great and do the job. Anti-skid isn't best on coated floor but added carpet tape helps.
