Spent $18.00 return ship to seller. confirm of delivery to seller. sent seller several delivery confirmation. They ghosted me. eBay said return ship not covered as seller worked outside of eBay policy. My mistake. eBay stepped in, got my refund. Seller cost me $18 for not following eBay rules. Always go thru eBay for refund.
