    Currently very disappointed with this company. Received a shed that has not been finished properly and poor quality for a new item. Nails sticking through several floor boards so the floor boards arent attached. Nails showing through some of the framework again not secured correctly. Raised it as an issue and only received advice to cut the nails off! Hoping this can be resolved quickly please

    Wrong shed delivered at first, If your buying one from this company ASK FOR THICKER BASE STRUTS AT LEAST 50MM X 50MM the ones provided are very poor. If there were a competition for nails MISSING the mark, this company would win hands down. WRONG trimming pack delivered AGAIN decided to improvise. The cladding was however good and provided a nice finish. Delivery guys are Very good at their job and friendly.

    cancelled order 24 hrs after purchase still awaiting for refund. communication disgusting for large company. two weeks now cannot get another as i have not got the funds as this company has them. if i ran my business like this would last months. very disappointing.£1345.00 a lot of money when someone else has it!

    Couldn't have been any more helpful. Darren answered my questions in advance of ordering (plus gave me a double window for the price of one!) And told me the exact date it would be delivered. Price was exactly as on ebay. Came on the day even with a courtesy call from head office to ensure they'd got there. Two lads who turned up (Reece &Jack) were brilliant, friendly, professional, made sure I was happy with everything before they left. I'd definitely recommend paying for them to put it up,.
