    Even though in my opinion this was packaged very well the cookie jar was broken in several places so I suspect the delivery company of mishandling the parcel. The seller offered me a full refund if I wanted to return all items or a partial refund to keep them as the teapot and jug were fine. So I took the partial refund as items for display only and it was sent straight away .Very helpful seller .

    I would love to leaave fantastic feedback for this seller. They posted the package very well secured but alas when the box arrived I knew the lovely item was broken before I partially did open it. I advised the seller and immediately she did a full refund. What a nice seller but just a shame the carrier wasnt more careful.....
