I understand the word 'used' as stated on the AD but this item arrived in a dirty, scruffy, scratched condition.Thick black marks were all over the item,lead and plug. It was an insult to me as a buyer. I contacted the seller as Ebay didnt give me option to return item that day. Item returned by me, pd by me by Evri postage system, I have contacted the seller, again a delay in reply to my correspondence. No refund yet.

item was clean and working order but used, item was for unit only and customer realised it needed new pipes for usage and even though i offered return at buyers cost due to proper description, she was not happy to do this
