  It took 3 repeats of the same question to get them to tell me what was in the box ( I wanted to know if I had to buy a fan and a waterpump - I didn't) but once they realised they've been great. Evri left the unit in the local depo for 4 days longer than they should have, once I told Omtech they pretty much handled that completely which was pretty good. Machine arrived and after some faffing it works fine.
