  Unfortunately my order arrived damaged However the seller did respond to my messages promptly and offered a partial refund to cover the cost of the damages, my order was sent out very quickly once purchased and did arrive super quick considering it was Easter weekend unfortunately my item was delivered to an unsafe place the entrance to a block of flats with over 100 flats and never buzzed to even attempt delivery just left in the lobby area by the lifts I luckily managed to retrieve it

  The product arrived damaged but the supplier replied immediately with a full refund and I didn't need to go to the trouble of returning the item which, as a disabled person is not so easily done. 5* service. Other than the damage, it's a solid, beautiful item, I would definitely recommend it.

  I purchased the Large Paint Mixing Sticks 4mm thickness. Quality, condition and appearance very good. Value was similar to others sold at the same time. Went with this product because it was the only one at 4mm thick whereas others were 3mm. Product well packaged in a box for transit. The stirrers themselves were in a ziplock bag which was handy for storage. Item arrived before estimated date. Seller customer service and communications was good. Overall I was impressed with product and service.
