I also had some issues combining issues through Ebay, and Tistaminis offered a solution through messaging. Beyond their excellent customer service, the items arrived exactly as pictured in sturdy packaging. The shipping cost was very reasonable and was delivered ahead of schedule.   Awesome transaction, seller has some amazing customer service. I had difficulty finding some miniatures here in the states and the seller had what i was looking for at a fantastic price. Shipping was fair - given it was international and asked a few questions. Seller was prompt and super fast in shipping and getting the miniatures out the door.   Well, I want to give this seller very high praise. Faced with sticking me, the customer in the U.S.A., with a potentially heavy tariff, this seller gave the entire detailed bunch of information (I only knew the bare basics), AND offered to cancel the order and refund my money, if I wanted.   I’ve been wanting these Iron Warriors “Obliterators” (converted Centurions) for a long time, talked to Tistamini on their official site and their eBay. And then one day they sent me an offer the day before Canada Day. I made a Counteroffer but then realized they probably won’t get it because they had the day off.   The package was well packed, including bubble wrap and in a plastic bag to capture any parts that broke during transit. Item was as described. Shipping and handling was done promptly. The price was good as well. I would have liked to see each piece get its own bag, as I feel shoving them all into one led to damaging them, but these are fragile pieces in general, so it's not surprising to get some damage in international shipping.
