As such seller shouldn't have claimed that it was "Not Activated" (which implies 'not used') Likely a unit that was a returned item or part of a refurbishment. I'm still satisfied as it works fine and was shipped quickly, received on time, and really well packaged (loads of bubble wrap). Unit only, no original boxing.

They sent the wrong one, and it would not power up the device. Luckily I had a power chord from another device that worked. I reached out several times to see if they would send the correct power chord and the only option they offered was a full refund. They never offered to send the correct power chord. Over all it was a great deal. The device looked good.
