    A beautiful, high quality looking ring, but despite measuring, it was too big. The over size of the ring was much bigger than expected. It was delivered well packaged in, as described (new) condition. A good price and postage was fair. Seller comms were excellent throughout. I instigated a return which was accepted without dispute. The return process was very easy and I received a refund (minus postage)… much appreciated.

    I received the wrong colour, ordered yellow but it's more a green, however the blanket is amazing and really nice quality for the price actually better than I was expecting. The seller offered a refund and includes a return label in the packaging to speed the process up but I've decided to keep the blanket in this colour anyway and I believe the seller deserves top score for their customer service and value. Mistakes happen sometimes but I'm happy with this one.

    Item wasn't as described in the listing - it was supposed to be silver with gold plating and when it arrived it was only silver. Unfortunately it was a gift for someone and I didn't have time to return it. Contacted the seller who was happy to provide a partial refund under the circumstances which was fair enough. All dealt with quickly, would buy from them again

    Arrived on time and well packed, thanks. My sister was delighted with her gift and sent me pics. Colour of the tanzanites was lovely, strong and definitely not wishy washy like some. Communication was good and reassuring. Postage does take bit longer than it used to by TJC, used to arrive 48 hours after order, now it’s 48 hours after the day they decide to post them. Main thing is that they arrive safely though. Happy customer.

    Great quality and value and sparkle for the money. Super speedy delivery in a nice presentation box. Unfortunately it didn't sit right with my other rings as the setting was a bit too large, so I had to return. The return label was free and I received my money back really quickly. Would definitely recommend and use this seller again. Thank you.
