    A beautiful, high quality looking ring, but despite measuring, it was too big. The over size of the ring was much bigger than expected. It was delivered well packaged in, as described (new) condition. A good price and postage was fair. Seller comms were excellent throughout. I instigated a return which was accepted without dispute. The return process was very easy and I received a refund (minus postage)… much appreciated.

    I received the wrong colour, ordered yellow but it's more a green, however the blanket is amazing and really nice quality for the price actually better than I was expecting. The seller offered a refund and includes a return label in the packaging to speed the process up but I've decided to keep the blanket in this colour anyway and I believe the seller deserves top score for their customer service and value. Mistakes happen sometimes but I'm happy with this one.

    Item wasn't as described in the listing - it was supposed to be silver with gold plating and when it arrived it was only silver. Unfortunately it was a gift for someone and I didn't have time to return it. Contacted the seller who was happy to provide a partial refund under the circumstances which was fair enough.     I ordered a 9ct gold item and was sent a gold plated item instead. This is the second time this has happened. The sellers were aware of the issue and yet continued to advertise a gold necklace and then send a silver one in a different style. They did not look into the matter and contact me as per their initial email and there was no further communication before I was notified that a refund had been issued. Extremely poor service.

    Quick delivery, well packed and nice ring but please put these in a box that goes through the letterbox like you do on your website sales. I don't enjoy having to find my parcel at a neighbours who doesn't answer the door. Totally unnecessary and puts me off ordering through ebay.
