    Purchased as a spare when laundering the main dog bed cover. Good price, well packaged. Dispatched quickly but usual snail like delivery by EVRI. That said if EVRI dId actually deliver - I count that as a positive. More EVRI deliveries are lost than arrive.

    Took 2 weeks to arrive. I don't know if the seller or the delivery firm were to blame for the delay, so I'm going to give the seller the benefit of the doubt. Arrived in perfect condition. A good value product of a quality you'd expect for the price point. Other than the time delay, no issues.

    I do not recommend this seller, my first negative opinion on ebay, I received a damaged product, they promised me that they would send another one, of course I did not receive the replacement and since then no contact with the seller , I tried to contact them several times but no answer,the worst customer service ,please avoid

    slow to ship / arrive, when it did, covers were not the colour ordered. when contacted, eventually asked me to keep the wrong colour at a “15% discount”. when i asked twice if they could just exchange the item for the colour ordered as it didn’t match my set up, I received no response whatsoever. had to shell out with another seller for new covers, so not very cost effective. would not buy from this seller again - slow shipping, communication and generally inept service.
