Kept informed as promised and delivery driver notified me 2 hours ahead of planned delivery . Stairs are very nicely made ( flat pack) and well packaged , good quality product and I am very pleased with them . Thank you 👍🏼

Communication with the sellers was great and with the transport partner excellent. My only complaint is about the use of parcel tape on the wrappings. On both risers and treads, tape adhered directly on to the wood and the strings were actually taped together. It took considerable time and effort to get the adhesive off and could have been avoided with more care or different product.

Then asking for a further £40 charge to part assemble stairs or otherwise will not supply until paid. Then providing staircase loose parts that don't fit with no accurate instructions on how to assemble the staircase ordered. Constant fobbing off and rejecting customers complaint even when photo evidence is produced.
