  Item delivered as described. Delivery was extremely fast - 1 week from Japan to Bulgaria. However, the customs processing took ages, partially due to FedEx tracking interface that doesn't indicate that the parcel was held by custom authorities. My advice is to contact FedEx in case of same status change. Overall, amazing and responsive seller! 100% recommend !

  Arrived unopened in about 2 weeks, which is reasonable for JP-US shipping, and seller updated me about the shipping progress. Description could be a bit better: I was expecting just the blu-ray and its contained photo booklet, but it also came with a bonus acrylic keychain. That indicates this is the original release from bushiroad that includes this bonus, and not the later release from the hololive shop itself.
