  Postage was fast the packaging on the other hand was horrendous no bubble wrap just a box that’s been bashed about that left a dent on the shell of the Xbox I know it’s spare or repairs console but don’t treat it like one when getting it ready to shipped . As described yeah it was good description. Would have helped if it was factory reset lol. The value of it was really good

  Sorry you where no happy with the packaging I do use the same boxes for most items and I have had no complaints so far. I will try better in future. In the meantime it might be worth contacting sellers direct to inform us first. I have a lot more consoles to list and will start to use bubble wrap.
