  On August 28 2025 , I contacted this person and explained to him that the vinyl was poorly packaged and that the vinyl was damaged with a hair line crack in it, ( due to not enough packing, and it was crushed during shipment, and the seam on the was split open, I received the package on the 23rd of August 25, and I haven't heard a word from him at all,no response, thank you.
