I won the item at a low price, but apparently the seller didn't like it. So they "sent" it to me-actually they sent it to...themselves (tracking number with wrong weight package and never linked to Ebay's GSP). At first they informed me very late that the package was returned to them and then they "didn't know" if they have it or where they have put it (both!). One of my worst experiences after 20 years in Ebay. It's a waste of time to bid on their auctions, avoid them.

The customer won the item actually at a higher than normal value. We ship all items regardless of the sale price. However, there was an issue with the UPS delivery due to ''address not found''. The item was said to have been returned, but we have not received it yet, possibly lost during transit. With 20+ years of experience and above 97%+ POSITIVE feedback, we strive to improve customer experience despite occasional anomalies., any feedback helps us as Your satisfaction is our priority

4x Desktop Dell Optiplex 7010 for £32.00 (incl. MwSt.) is a higher than...normal value? Anyone can judge this "opinion"! At at this price you can't buy one!Message from the seller after my own search: "the item has been returned to us (while it was lost!!!) apparently the wrong address is written" (by whom?). The UPS tr nr that the seller gave me is from package weighing much less than 4 dell pcs and UPS informs me that it never adressed to me.Better to remain silent than to lie repeatedly!
