    After a short hiccup the stool was delivered. Item is packaged in a box and is as pictured. Absolutely great communication to resolve my issue. Postage is free making this good value. Was delivered in 2 days. Ideal for brief periods, due to my issues I wouldn't sit on it for hrs but its perfect for helping my legs and feet out in the kitchen. Struggle to use the ring pull to collapse it as its new. Great service would recommend thankyou.

Only small problem was the tap hose had a couple of kinks in, which hopefully will come out when warmer and with use. Other than that I’m pleased with purchase and service received from this seller.
