Two different times I ordered from them and two different times I received a) good communication, b) very excellent packaging, and c) a well-made glass panel that came with chains to hang it. I was skeptical at the start because after all these are not cheap. I would like to communicate the highest satisfaction possible for the skilled manufacture & for absolutely top-notch customer service.
