Not sure why it took over 2 weeks to navigate arrival 100 miles away, unless it was inspected before being allowed to its destination as the control knob was not in the off position and the usual paper manual was not included, (unless I'm supposed to count the mixed language listings on the back of the case box as a pertinent manual.)
