It was promptly mailed USPS., but when the box arrived four days later it had been tampered with and the coin was missing. I contacted NFC and all relevant authorities were immediately contacted (thanks, Dianne). My account was refunded in LESS THAN ONE WEEK. That is what I call excellent customer care.
