I thought the sender gave me a bag of gulf balls! It wasn’t him it was another seller! Who sorted it out quickly! I apologised to this seller who cancelled the order and refunded my money! I bought another two infrared bulbs from them and I got one infrared and one white bulb! I am going to return them because he says that he sent them for free! I corrected him and gave him the screenshots to prove it he hasn’t responded yet?

I paid for the product and after 8 days they remembered that they wrote the wrong price. Not after 1 or two days but after 8. They used my money for 8 days and since then they have given me a refund. By law they have to deliver the product to me at the price they asked for and which I paid and they didn't do that. This is certainly not good merchant behavior and that's called fraud. They even sent me a confirmation that the product was shipped
